What is included in the Accompanying partner fees?

-coffee breaks;

-lunches (October 5th – 8th)

What is included in the One-day attendance fee?

For a selected day:

-registration

-access to the sessions ;

-coffee breaks;

-lunch

-dinner

-social event.

Please note that in case of one-day registrations, it is possible to change the date of the attendance by sending an email to dnadamage@konferanser.ntnu.no ; until September 15, 2025.

ACCOMODATION:

While registering you have the opportunity to reserve an accommodation in the Clarion hotel.

Single room, incl. breakfast, per night: NOK 1690 / 150 USD*
Double room , incl. breakfast, per night: NOK 1890 / 165 USD*

* value in US dollars (USD) is an estimate on the conversion rate from January 10th, 2025.

The accommodation booking must be guaranteed with a credit card.
The accommodation is binding and needs to be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival. 
The room booking can be cancelled free of charge by July 5th, 2025, by sending an email to: dnadamage@konferanser.ntnu.no
After July 5th, one night no-show fee will apply.
